Single-storey extensions

Should you decide to create more living space, Horelican can design and build a single-story extension that will blend in with the rest of your home. One of our architects will visit you to discuss the various options available. Drawing on their years of experience, they will offer honest advice and creative suggestions that will maximise the space available. They will then draw up detailed plans and costings and help you to apply for planning permission, if required. Once the plans have been agreed, we will appoint an experienced project manager who will oversee the building work, from digging the foundations to project completion.

Should you wish to upgrade an existing extension, we offer a range of services, including repairs, re-plastering, roofing, air-conditioning and indoor/exterior lighting. We can also demolish and replace existing outbuildings, including sheds and garages.
